Taste Of Europe

Many European films with great success in their home country never make it to Belgian cinemas. With Taste Of Europe, FFO wants to change that. We’ll be showing a selection of European films that definitely deserve the attention of the Belgian public. These films are in the running to win the award for Best Taste Of Europe Film.

Artistic director Peter Craeymeersch and co-programmer Ilse Schooneknaep select films from the past year that were not shown in our country, but definitely deserve the attention of the Belgian public. A public jury chooses the winner! This year director Frederike Migom ('Binti') will act as chairman.
